We have been offered to work both (or 1) concession stands for an event that just confirmed to raise funds for the group or groups of our choice.

Confirmed attendance for the event is 4,100 people so this will be an excellent opportunity to raise funds and we were offered first refusal.

What we need is quick response to see if we can staff - PLEASE RSVP by tomorrow August 9th if you can help and if you have children (above 16) or spouse or friends that will help please include them in the RSVP number.

Details: Sunday September 3rd from 2:00pm to 10:00pm -- Concession stand workers. We get a % of the revenue. Depending on one or both stands we would expect a significant donation amount. 

Hickory Soup Kitchen will definitely be one of the groups we would support with the funds.
