Dean Kiradjieff is an experienced business development executive and  brings a wealth  of  knowledge  and   professional  relationships to  Synergy  Healthcare. Dean  brings  nearly  30   years  of   experience  working consultatively with benefit brokers as well as directly with employers.

Dean has a proven track  record of understanding the unique needs and goals that each  organization desires.  Throughout his career he has demonstrated a passion for consulting with  employers that  share his  belief that  employee  health and wellness is a serious business strategy, that the health of employees is tied directly to the health and engagement of the overall organization, and the health of a company’s bottom line.

Over  the  years, Dean has  gained valuable experience from  working  for  major insurance companies (Liberty Mutual, Cigna), as  a benefits consultant   (Benefit Controls), and  for  a leading worksite wellness organization  (Interactive Health). Dean played a valuable role  both  as VP of Sales and Director of Recruiting with  Synergy Health for nearly four years(2014 -2017) and was pleased to return to Synergy in 2020 to continue to build on that success.

Dean holds a B.A.  from Bucknell University and studied art in Florence, Italy for a semester through Syracuse University.  Home has been the greater Charlotte, NC  area where he and his wife Diane, of 35 years, and their three adult daughters have  lived since 1991.  Dean is an avid artist, baker, tennis player and gardener.
