Coaching is a critical skill for HR professionals and business leaders and has expanded into its own specialty and industry. As valuable as coaching is, it's often overlooked or underutilized within organizations. HR professionals can play multiple roles in influencing the effective use of coaching within their organizations.  Tom Killen, VP Community Outreach with IFC Charlotte Area Charter Chapter, will enhance attendees' understanding of coaching and how to optimize its use with their organizations. After this sessions, attendees will understand HR professionals' roles as they leverage coaching to achieve critical objectives. In addition, attendees will discover approaches for incorporating coaching skills into their ongoing work and how to be good consumers of external coaching solutions.
