Beverly will also share with us strategies and tactics to improve both. This session will help us understand what engagement is and why it is important to our organizations. We will also discuss the signs of disengagement, the cost of turnover, why employees leave organizations, and what employees need and want. To combat disengagement and turnover, Beverly will give us some building blocks to create engaged workforces and strategies that will inspire engagement.
