Dr. A. Dale King, a Jefferson-Pilot Professor of Business with the Charles M. Snipes College of Business & Economics at Lenoir-Rhyne University, will demonstrate how knowledge of the laws and concepts of ethics is critical for successful decision making in HR. In addition to being ethical, HR practitioners must ensure decisions are legal. Dr. King will guide attendees through an exploration of ethics that will provide the requisite knowledge on which attendees may make decisions rather than trying to "teach" ethics. The goal is that attendees will use an essential legal and ethical knowledge foundation to help integrate integrity and accountability throughout their employers'  organizational and business practices.
