David Klass of Fisher Phillips will join us to discuss common COVID-19 employment law issues as well other legal updates that occurred in 2021. Topics that will be covered include all things COVID-19, including OSHA and CDC guidance, EEOC guidance, vaccine guidance, and other issues. Non-COVID-19 topics will include a Supreme Court update, legal trends for the upcoming year, and updates regarding other regulatory guidance.
