Bias exists in all individuals and in all situations. With a world in turmoil related to diversity and equality, the first step is to acknowledge and recognize the biases that exist within ourselves. This program leverages the power of research and human psychology,  based on Howard J. Ross' book, Everyday Bias.  This program will guide our awareness and create change for the future.

Participants will interact in a virtual presentation with polls, video clips, and opportunities to respond with comments and questions. Each step will demonstrate research gathered emphasizing how deep and ingrained our biases are but also help strengthen our hope and resolve to do better.

After this presentation, participants will be able to identify individual bias and the fact that despite our best intentions, these biases exist in all of us. Participants will walk away with clear steps on how to recognize and, in turn, conquer bias as they work towards love, respect, and change.
